Post Camp I Details
This camp two day camp is all about the posts down low! In these two days, we will work on post moves and finishes, working with both hands, advances footwork, passing and catching, as well as making good decisions out of the post. We will also incorporate full court drills and how to work in space as a "big". This a high intensity camp sure to take your game to the next level!
