Fargo Parks Sports Center at the Sanford Sports Complex
The new home for Sanford Sports Performance and Sanford Sports Academy basketball and volleyball programming in Fargo is open to the public.
The Fargo Parks Sports Center at the Sanford Sports Complex brings together state-of-the-art technology and premier programming to help members and athletes.
Facility amenities
The new facility will offer a variety of amenities and services to the community. Sanford Sports Performance and Sanford Sports Academy members will have access to:
- 2 designated Sanford Sports Academy courts
- 8 spacious physical therapy treatment rooms
- 2,213 square-foot physical therapy gym with new technologies such as force plates, recovery chairs and a vibration platform
- Therapy pool with hot and cold plunge and an underwater treadmill
- 7,903 square-foot strength and conditioning space with 15 squat racks, new free weights, dumbbells, cardiovascular equipment and strength training machines
- Expanded locker rooms
- Indoor turf field and sprint lanes
- Sanford Orthopedics & Sports Medicine athletic training services
The Fargo Parks Sports Center opens and summer programming begins on June 3.
