Program Details
Athletes in the Elementary School Performance Program will work on developing Strength, Power, Speed, and Agility. Each day, workouts will have both a weight room and a field portion in which athletes will learn proper weightlifting technique as well as proper sprinting, jumping, and/or change of direction technique.
