Training Prep Details
Training Preparation for High School Combine/Showcase with work to develop athletes as better college football players. The sessions will run 6 weeks during March/April.
The sessions will run once/week on Wednesday evenings for 1.5 hours and will include:
- Drill work that will be used at combine
- Speed work to prep for testing elements at combine
- 1 on 1 drills
- Skelly drills to prep for the skelly session at combine
- Film work
