Program details
These camps are age-appropriate and specific to volleyball athletes in grades 6-12. These camps will focus on enhancing stability, flexibility, mobility, vertical jump, acceleration, power, strength, and agility/ quickness, along with injury prevention.

Dates: November 25, 2024 - January 9, 2025
Days: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday
Time: 4:30 - 5:30 p.m.
Grades: 9-12
Cost: $240
No training on Thursday, November 28th, Tuesday, December 24th, and Thursday, December 26th.
On Monday, December 30th and Tuesday, December 31st, sessions are from Noon - 1 p.m.
Registration Deadline: Wednesday, November 20th
