Training Camp Details
This program will focus on mastering foundational movement skills in a fun and supportive environment. Skills such as jumping, landing, deceleration, spatial awareness, body control, balance, and speed will be worked on throughout this 9 week session. There will be no makeup sessions or pro-rated amounts.
