The Fargo Parks Sports Center at the Sanford Sports Complex opened in May 2024. The facility brings together state-of-the-art technology and premier programming to help members and athletes reach their goals in the gym and on the court.
It’s also the home of Sanford Sports Performance and Sanford Sports Academy basketball and volleyball programs.

- 8 spacious physical therapy treatment rooms
- 2,213-square-foot physical therapy gym with new technologies such as force plates, recovery chairs and a vibration platform
- Therapy pool with hot and cold plunge and an underwater treadmill
- 7,903-square-foot strength and conditioning space with 15 squat racks, new free weights, dumbbells, cardiovascular equipment and strength training machines

At Sanford Sports Performance, we offer sport-specific training programs and services.
At Sanford Sports Academy, our comprehensive basketball and volleyball programs include camps, clinics, lessons and training for young athletes of all ages and skill levels. Kids can also participate on traveling teams.
